You will be informed about the status of your order by automatic e-mail at the moment when the status of your order changes. When sending the package, we will also automatically send you the tracking number of the shipment.

We will pack each piece of jewellery you purchase in an individual paper gift box.
If the jewellery is for a gift, you can also buy our logo gift bag and our green exclusive gift box directly in the shopping cart. In that case, we will pack the jewellery into the appropriate size of our exclusive green gift box.
For mineral bracelets, we use a dark green velvet pouch.
Each package always includes a warranty certificate and a black cloth for polishing jewellery.
If you purchase jewellery intended as a gift, you can buy a special gift pack worth 10 € directly in the shopping cart. This is ideal when you buy 2 or more pieces of jewellery, which we will wrap together in a larger exclusive green gift box. The special gift pack includes our larger green gift box, a satin ribbon bow, a velvet pouch and an original logo gift bag.
The main material used in making this jewellery is 316L stainless steel. The material is harmless to health and suitable for those who suffer from allergies.
The individual components used in the jewellery, such as chains, earwires and lobster clasps, are made of 316L stainless steel or silver (Ag 925).
The jewellery can be galvanically gold-plated with 23.5 carat gold and 99 % rhodium in yellow, white, rose and black gold finishes.

Pendants and necklaces always include a chain, leather cord or other hanging material shown in the product image. The chain length is listed in the description of the jewellery for the respective design size.
If the chain length does not suit you, adjustments are possible. Please mention the requested change in the order note.
We produce mineral bracelets in a length of 19 cm, while the inner circumference of the finished bracelet is 17 cm. If you need a bracelet in a different size, feel free to write to info@katarinaziak.sk.
Did you order the wrong jewellery size, earring hook shape or chain length? Send us an e-mail at info@katarinaziak.sk and we will be happy to adjust or exchange your jewellery.
Earwires are made of surgical stainless steel or silver (Ag 925). The basic stainless steel finish earrings come with earwires or push backs made of 316L stainless steel, while gold-plated finish earrings come with silver earwires galvanically plated with 23.5-carat gold. It is possible to change the basic earwires for lever backs, push backs or clip-on findings suitable for unpierced ears.

If you are interested in special gift packaging, you can choose from two types of gift boxes that can be purchased in the e-shop. These hand-made gift boxes are an authentic product of Slovakia and combine wood, velvet, special art paper or natural cork. They can also be used as jewellery boxes to safely store your jewellery.
The boxes come in two sizes: small (18 x 18 x 3 cm) and large (18 x 27 x 3 cm).
The average dispatch period from the seller’s warehouse to the carrier ranges from 1 - 3 business days for shipments within Slovakia or 2 - 5 business days for international orders, provided that the goods are in stock.
The dispatch period for made-to-order goods, meaning items not in stock, ranges from 7 - 21 business days from order acceptance.
If our jewellery does not fit you and you decide to return it, this is possible if it has not been used. The buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. Only jewellery purchased through our e-shop can be returned.
To make a complaint and return the goods, you need to use the withdrawal form available in the terms and conditions.
Only goods within the 24-month warranty period may be claimed. The warranty period starts on the day of receipt. You can claim defects that are not caused by mechanical damage or failure to take recommended care.

Has something happened to your jewellery and does it need repair? Do you need to replace a textile cord, torn nylon cord, chain, clasp or elastic string on a mineral bracelet? Is it a damaged jewellery surface or a broken earring hook? Send us an e-mail at info@katarinaziak.sk and we will be happy to repair your jewellery for you.
Our stainless steel and 23.5-carat gold-plated jewellery comes with a 24-month warranty with proof of purchase. We guarantee to repair or replace a faulty item only if the defect is proven to be caused by a manufacturing fault.
The warranty does not apply to loss of the item, normal wear and tear, improper use or storage, damage caused by chemicals or cosmetics, lack of care, accidental scratches, stones falling out, damaged fastening caused by careless handling, torn jewellery or removed gilding.
If the jewellery needs cleaning, rinse it in clean or lightly soapy lukewarm water and dry it with a soft cloth. Jewellery combined with stones, pearls, textile or leather parts should be cleaned carefully and preferably without water.

Graphic images do not require any special treatment or painting. Cleaning is only possible by wiping the image with a dry, soft and clean cloth intended for dusting.
